“The WeldStrapTM” Seeking a manufacturer for the patentable WeldStrap. Literally hundreds of applications for WeldStraps. Non-disclosure agreement required to view this invention. All of the products reflected on this page were made using WeldStraps. This is what I call a “Blanket Patent” because any product made using WeldStraps would be covered by one single patent. The applications are virtually limited to designers’ imaginations. Most useful for large products requiring 90 degree welds that are too large to ship via UPS or FedEx. The customer or end user does the “welding” simply by pushing two tubes together. Can work with wood combined to metal tubing.

“Truss-using-WeldStraps” Imagine the value of hauling all components of a truss that could be assembled at destination with all the strength of welded trusses. All parts can lay parallel in shipment. This could increase shipping volume on a single truckload of trusses by up to 70%. Think military! Seeking a manufacturer that desires exclusive rights to the manufacture of WeldStraps.

“Super Shak” This is my personal Super Shak portable ice fishing shelter. It is longer than the production models formerly manufactured by Senco, Inc of Marquette, MI. This prototype was made using WeldStraps in the floor. To see more about the patented Super Shak and how it sets up in 30 seconds or less, go to the page under Inventions/Fishing.

“Bird feeder” Do I need to say it? Yes, it’s made using WeldStraps. You will never see a birdfeeder this size by reason of the “footprint” it takes up on a store shelf. “Footprints” are measured by retailers in $’s per square inch. The beauty of this birdfeeder is that ten of these birdfeeders could sit in the same amount of space as this finished model after assembly, which would take about ten minutes to complete by the customer. It offers overhead protection from rain and prevailing winds. This design is bird friendly in that the floor can be easily removed for cleaning.

“Model showing framework for what could be a 12 ft by 20 ft garage, workshop, storage shed, greenhouse, chicken coop, etc. made with the use of WeldStrap. A shelter this size, by reason of the use of WeldStraps could be shipped via UPS or FedEx. It could just as easily include an automatic garage door opener, of course, made using WeldStraps.
